Walk Through the Apple Orchards

If there’s one thing worth doing in Zacatlán, it’s definitely visiting any of the many apple orchards, the fruit that most abounds here. In the tiny town of Tomatlán, for example, there’s Rancho El Mayab, where you can see plantations and learn about harvesting, blossoming, trimming, and other facets. There are three cabins where you can spend the night, bicycles for loan for riding through the countryside, and tours of the premises.
