Callejoneadas are, without doubt, the best way of familiarizing yourself with the city. The experience consists of an afternoon or evening stroll, during which the estudiantinas–musical groups of students dressed in traditional 17th-century costumes–take you on a tour around the heart of the city by foot. Explore alleyways and squares, listen to live music, drink a little wine, hear about local legends (such as the Callejón del Beso), and laugh at the jokes of the young people leading your adventure. It’s an experience you will never forget!
