Travel Across the Estero San José

At the furthermost southern point of Baja California Sur is the Estero San José (San José Estuary), a protected nature reserve of 120 acres. It is considered to be an important freshwater wetland. Migratory birds take refuge here thanks to the abundant vegetation and animal life.
