Explore the Lake
The lake in Valle de Bravo is undoubtedly its biggest draw. Originally designed as a reservoir by the Federal Electricity Commission, it was finished in 1947 and inaugurated as a hydroelectric system by former President Miguel Alemán. The lake’s surface measures 8 square miles, and it reaches 131 feet deep. It is the perfect spot to play water sports and enjoy rides on boats and small yachts.
