Arboterra

Arboterra is something new to see in the city. It’s sure to be a hit with young and old alike. It’s located 15 minutes from the Historic Center, in the aviary at Parque Ecológico. Here you can see birds like Caribbean flamingos, macaws, crested guans, pheasants, kookaburras, toucans, and more. You can also learn the story of five key people who have major roles to play at this place that they look after. There’s also a huge tree that acts as the heart of Arboterra.

Useful Information

Weekends are great for coming with the family. However, we recommend going from Monday to Friday, as they’re the slower days. The best time for birdwatching is from 3 to 4 pm.
