Bodega Delicias Cider Factory

This is the place where Gilberto and Ernesto Martínez started to make apple wine. Years later, they were also making cider, and later the characteristic apple soda that no one can forget. You can step onto the factory floor to see how the drinks are made. But it’s the gift shop where you’re likely to spend the most time checking out everything the shelves are stocked with. Jars of jams, creams, and wine made with regional fruits (quince, peach, blueberry, blackberry, capulin, and plum) get the mouth watering just looking at them.
