Chapel of the Third Order

The Third Order of St. Francis bequeathed this gorgeous chapel that enamors with its beautiful baroque facade. It boasts intricate mortar work with indigenous influences. You’ll see plants and geometric shapes in the decoration. Sculptures of St. Peter, St. Paul, St. Anthony of Padua and St. Francis of Assisi can be found in the niches. No less impressive is the baroque altarpiece inside, accompanied by Franciscan paintings and sculptures.
