This museum features an eclectic collection of over 400,000 works. There are paintings, archeological artifacts, folk art, and decorative items from different parts of the world. It also features works by artists of the likes of Rufino Tamayo, Frida Kahlo, and Miguel Covarrubias. The museum is named after American artist Robert Brady, who came to Mexico in 1959 where he purchased an old weather observatory known as Casa de la Torre. He then began a detailed restoration of the building he turned into his home.
