The parish church dedicated to Saint John the Baptist, built between 1772 and 1824, boasts a gothic style tower and its interior is neo-classical. This is where you will find the Capilla de los Santos Mártires, a chapel where the remains of two saints, martyrs from the Cristero War, are kept.

The Church Museum, to one side of the church itself, contains archeological pieces such as ancient everyday objects, and it has a hall dedicated to the remembrance of the two saints worshipped in Teúl.
