Mérida’s main street is lined with the city’s oldest and most beautiful homes. Today, they have become hotels, museums, and restaurants. A sampling includes Palacio Cantón (today the Regional Museum of Anthropology), Quinta Montes Molina, Casas Gemelas (Twin Mansions), Casa Molina Duarte, and more.
