Capuchin Temple and Convent
Templo y Convento de las Capuchinas
The Capuchin Temple and Convent was built towards the end of the 18th century and finished in the middle of the 19th century. You can admire an old cemetery in its interior known as the Plaza Amado Nervo.
The cloisters are still inhabited by nuns. Make sure to try the wafers, churros, and rompope (eggnog) prepared by them.
