Festival of Magic and Tradition
On the 31st of October every year, this festival takes place in Chiapa de Corzo’s central plaza. As part of the event, an altar competition is organized, as well as a tamale making competition. Then there is a representation of Chiapas legends such as La Tishanila, El Sombrerón, El Carretón de la Muerte, among others.
