
San Quintín Paella Competition

During June, San Quintín is especially filled with flavor, as chefs from across Baja California come to treat visitors’ palettes to exquisite paellas, all of which have a special ingredient: mussels caught in the nearby Bahía Falsa. This culinary meet up is even more special thanks to the views over fields of strawberry, raspberry, vegetables and vines at Vinícola de Becerra, the host of the event for the last years.
