San Marcos Fair
Feria Nacional de San MarcosColorful and traditional, this is the most famous and popular fair in Mexico by far. That may be because of its bullfighting, the best in Latin America, or because of the concerts with internationally known musicians, rides, and stunning cultural events. Feria Nacional de San Marcos has been synonymous with excitement, activity, and celebration for the last 180 years. It has 7 million visitors annually, making it the country’s largest fair. The show starts around April 25th, when the patron saint of the city of Aguascalientes is honored, Saint Mark the Evangelist.
