La Fiesta de los Locos Costume Parade

This celebration is in honor of Saint Anthony of Padua. Here, a group of superheroes, aliens and parodies of national and international politicians start walking through San Miguel’s main streets at 10 am. Hundreds of spectators line the edges of the parade’s route in Jardín Central to clap and receive all kinds of candy and gifts from those behind the masks.
