Walk through vineyards and try different wines 

Don’t leave Arteaga without trying the region’s wines first. In Huachichil territory you will find the Bodegas del Viento. Plan a guided tour, with tastings of snacks and dishes.  

If you spot the Cerro de El Medio, then Bodega Los Cedros is nearby; the road leading to it is lined with cedar trees. Within the 27 acres of land on a calcareous mountainside, you will find these vineyards with Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, Malbec and Pinot Noir vines.

To the east of Saltillo, along the route that leads from El Tunal to La Jacinta, is Garza Blanc, whose location above the Tunal canyon affords it spectacular views and makes the harvest of Pinot Noir, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot possible.
