You can’t visit Xico without trying the typical picaditas, thick, small corn tortillas prepared with mole. They make the perfect breakfast and you can accompany them with a cup of café de olla (coffee prepared in a large pot with cinnamon and dark brown sugar) from the region. You can enjoy this in the Asadero Cabaña Los Cafetales, with a magnificent view of the Texolo waterfall.
