Regional Museum of Ceramics

Museo Regional de la Cerámica

The museum building itself is a masterpiece of Spanish colonial architecture to behold, not to mention the exhibitions that provide an in-depth look at the work of ceramics.

The galleries display objects from different parts of Jalisco and Mexico, some dating from the 18th and 19th centuries, such as the miniature collection of the famous local resident Ángel Carranza.

Built in the 17th century, the neoclassic museum building is considered an historic monument.
