Señor del Pescador Parish Church

This church appears silently as you approach the edge of the Laguna de Términos lagoon. Its history doesn’t stretch centuries back, it was only built in 1977. But like few others, its construction was the result of the work and dedication of the community itself. One year was enough to build this place that exists in honor of the Señor del Pescador (Lord of the Fishermen).
