Calvario Celebration
The Fiesta del Calvario celebration falls after Holy week. It is Huichapan’s most important festival. For five days, the people’s theater puts on dance and music shows, bullfights, and a cattle and handicraft expo. There are also rides, traditional Mexican food, and religious pilgrimages.
