Forty minutes from Puebla City there’s the gorgeous municipality of Huaquechula, famous for its altars and Day of the Dead representations. In addition to the traditional ofrendas, you’ll also see pyramid-shaped constructions containing three or four levels (similar to a wedding cake), set up in house entrances.
