The Fuerte river is about 180 miles long and is formed by the joining of the Verde and Urique rivers. You can raft down it and soak up the surroundings. The vegetation is categorized as tropical deciduous forest, and wildlife includes rabbits, doves, raccoons, white-tailed deer, ducks, and more.
