Cenote Corazón del Paraíso, Tulum’s Most Romantic Corner
Just over 4 miles from the center of the Magical Town of Tulum lies one of Quintana Roo‘s most impressive natural formations. Due to erosion and minerals, this cenote naturally took on the shape of a heart.
Surrounded by abundant vegetation, it presents a breathtaking view. Ideal for a day out with family, friends, or a loved one, it’s only an 11-minute drive from downtown Tulum. At the site, you’ll find shelters where you can relax and unwind in the natural setting.
As a lesser-known cenote, the visitor traffic here is minimal. It’s the perfect spot to recharge in the gorgeous scenery and contemplate Mayan mysticism. Remember that this location was sacred for the Maya, and was a site for religious ceremonies. So it’s crucial to respect the place, its plants, and its wildlife.
