Macroplaza

One of the world’s largest esplanades is composed of gardens and plazas stretching over 40 hectares. Iconic buildings ring the edges, including the Palacio de Gobierno. There are also fountains, parks, and monuments. If you are on foot, you will see Fuente de la Vida fountain, Parque Hundido garden, and Faro del Comercio monument, designed by the architects Luis Barragán and Raúl Ferrera. Take the chance to stop by the Museo de Arte Contemporáneo, Museo Metropolitano, and the Catedral Metropolitana church.
