This interactive museum relates Bustamante’s history, from 1686 to the present day. A tour presents the traces mankind left in Aridoamerica and their life as hunters, as well as the era of the Tlaxcalteca people. Among the museum’s treasures are two documents, the Capitulación de 1591, in which the Spanish crown granted equal rights to the Tlaxcalteca people, and the founding documents of San Miguel de Aguayo de la Nueva Tlaxcala–now Bustamante.
