The Señor de Tlaxcala is honored in this church–this image was used to pacify indigenous people during the colonial era and is over 400 years old.
The church is across the street from the main plaza in the Magical Town of Bustamante. Don’t miss its neoclassical facade and its lone short bell tower. The INAH (National Institute of Anthropology and History) considers it a historical monument.
