In Coahuila, it is becoming easier and easier to enjoy the state’s traditional recipes. This is all thanks to the traditional cooks of the region and their effort to conserve local gastronomy. The Cocineras Tradicionales de Coahuila de Zaragoza participate in meets and gastronomic fairs within the state.
