Cristo de las Ampollas Celebration

Starting on September 27th and running to the middle of October, hundreds of people come together bearing flowers, smelling of aromatic herbs, with candles, praise, and music. All of this is to mark the taking down of the image of this Christ of the Blisters, which processes around the Plaza Grande as tradition dictates.
