Head to the Waterfalls
You can head out to explore waterfalls like El Salto or Las Golondrinas where you can do rappel. There’s a zipline near El Salto while Las Golondrinas has a natural pool for swimming. Or, you can go by horseback and foot to Cascada Corazón del Bosque, a waterfall surrounded by tree ferns. Get to the Cola de Caballo falls by taking a three-hour ride where you can also get great photos and swim in the river pools.
