If you are into golf, there are courses in the area where you can practice your swing. El Cid Country Club is a highly recommended course. It has nine championship holes designed by Lee Treviño, considered by many to be one of the best golfers in history. If you are new to the sport, don’t worry, they offer clinics, individual training, and classes for everyone, even kids. Other options are Estrella del Mar Golf Course with its gorgeous ocean view and Marina Mazatlán Golf Course, an 18-hole, par-72 course designed by the acclaimed David Fleming.
