Time Travel to the Old West

A little more than 124 miles south of the capital, Villa del Oeste is a theme park and movie set with dusty streets, banks, and saloons straight out of the old west. Here, you will feel like you stepped into one of those iconic movies. There are also cowboy shows, horseback rides, restaurants, and a bar. 

Another movie set is southeast of the city, in the town of Chupaderos. Its rustic houses, wood frame buildings, and dirt streets make the perfect cowboy movie location. It is a bit far, at 157 miles, but both the trip and the experience are definitely worth it.
