La Crucecita

La Crucecita is the nearest town to the tourist zone. You can browse through a variety of stores selling high-quality handicrafts, including the emblematic alebrijes, fantastical carved and painted creatures. Its downtown has a small garden that serves as town square. Across from it is Iglesia de Guadalupe. The ceiling of the church’s main nave features a mural with the largest image of the Virgin of Guadalupe in the world.
