Purísima Concepción Parish Church
Parroquia de la Purísima ConcepciónConstruction of this 18th-century church dedicated to the Immaculate Conception was spearheaded by architect Juan Crouset, who also built Monterrey’s cathedral. Marvel at its neoclassical facade and pipe organ with 1,200 pipes. The inside of the church stands out because the entire floor has been covered with mesquite wood. It is a must-see spot! The most notable altars are that of Saint Joseph, which retains its original stucco, and the main altar, which is painted white.
