San Pedro Parish Church

Very close to Jardín Juárez main square you will find a church, San Pedro Apóstol Parish Church. Its walls are covered in frescos that imitate mosaics; furthermore, it still has its original pulpit (the small platform from which the priest preaches). On the main altar, above Saint Peter, you will see the image of the Señor de los Trabajos (Lord of Labor), a Christ popular among miners that visits several towns year-round.
