Monumental Nativity Scene at Jardín Zenea
Artisans from around the state put together the nativity scene.
In Querétaro City, Christmas Eve entails a nearly 20-year-old tradition: The Monumental Nativity Scene at Jardín Zenea. This celebration commemorates a number of biblical passages with over 700 figurines representing saints, demons, angels, and pastors. The baby Jesus figure is placed in the manger at the stroke of midnight on Christmas Day.
