Wander Through Alameda Central Park

The city’s Alameda park is named after Juan Sarabia, a forerunner of the Mexican Revolution. The center is anchored by Monumento a Hidalgo, sculpted by Pedro Patiño Ixtolínque. A walk through the park is ideal for people watching, as well as being a great jumping-off point for the Cineteca Alameda movie theater, Teatro de la Paz theater, and the Museo de la Máscara exhibiting masks.
