Operating under an all-inclusive model, Xel-Há‘s fee covers park admission, food, and drinks throughout the day, ensuring a hassle-free experience without worry about additional expenses.

All-Inclusive at Xel-Há Park 

Spend a day at Xel-Há with all-inclusive access, wander the jungle trails, visit the nursery boasting over 270 native species, and unwind on a swimming float. 

Explore the inlet, leap into the water from the Piedra del Valor (the Rock of Bravery—a rock standing 16 feet high), or ascend the 131-foot-high Faro Mirador lighthouse to slide down a waterslide shooting you into a natural pool, among many other activities. Then cool off at one of the four restaurants or the two bars offering delicious cocktails.

Opening Hours: Daily, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM.

Minimum Age: All ages welcome. 

Children: 25% discount on adult prices for visitors ages 5 to 11.

How to Get There 

Located south of Playa del Carmen and before reaching Tulum, it sits at km 240 on the Chetumal-Puerto Juárez highway in the municipality of Tulum, Quintana Roo. From Cancún, it’s 68 miles from Cancún International Airport in the direction of Tulum, taking approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes.
